Order Confirmation
Once you place an order, you will receive a confirmation. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock issues, incorrect details, or other reasons.
Shipping & Delivery
Orders are delivered within 5–7 working days. Delays may occur if the product is not available or due to courier issues.
No Return Policy
We do not accept returns. Please review product details carefully before placing your order.
Damaged or Incorrect Product
If you receive a damaged or wrong item, contact us within 24 hours with an unboxing video. Without proper proof, claims will not be accepted.
Order Refusal / RTO
If a customer refuses to accept the order, shipping and handling charges will be deducted. Re-delivery may require advance payment.
Payments
We accept prepaid and Cash on Delivery (COD) orders. Additional charges may apply for COD.

Customers must provide accurate address and contact details. STRX VAULT is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect information.
