Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, you must record a proper unboxing video as proof.
Without a valid unboxing video, we will not be able to process any claim.
Resolution for Damaged Items
• If the issue is verified, we may provide a replacement or store credit
• Refunds are not applicable in such cases
Non-Eligible Cases
We do not accept any claims for:
